Welcome to the Mindfulness meditation practice group in Bedford. This is a meditation group for beginners and experienced practitioners alike who wants to practice meditation and focus in an informal, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The meetings follow the principals of the eight week mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) program with emphasis on group practice and support for each other.
